If you write some blogs (a real blog, not microblog), let me recommend you a good tools to publish your blog.
It's called "Live writer", memeber of microsoft Live package. It can be write blog offline and archive your blog in your local disk.
In my one cent, this is a good tools for me, it supports almost kind of BSP, and work well, and it's free.
